Inner Sanctuary Release Form

All participants are required to submit a release form.

Private Yoga

Session Fee: $100

1 hour

We provide personalized, in-home sessions where we explore the poses and areas of the body that you wish to focus on.

Available for up to three students, all levels and types of practitioners. Props and mats are included.

Private Group Yoga

Session Fee: $150

1 hour

Experience the ultimate relaxation with fluid yoga flow classes, tailored to suit all levels. Our classes are designed to cater to individual preferences and needs

Available for four or more students, all levels and types of practitioners. Props and mats are included.

Private Chair Yoga

Session Fee: $85

Enjoy a seated yoga flow designed to increase mobility and deepen your connection with your core. Our restorative practices will rejuvenate your senses, allowing you to truly unwind and find your inner sanctuary. Available for up to three students.

Meditation Session

Session Fee: $65

Immerse yourself in a serene meditation experience. Find inner peace, clarity, and mindfulness as you relax and rejuvenate your mind and spirit.

Available for any number of students. Meditation cushions can be provided for up to 10 students.
