Our Mission

Yoga has been my rock! It has supported me throughout my personal journey of self-discovery. My practice has helped me to uncover my own layers of conditioning and get to know my true intrinsic self. As a single parent of two very active children, yoga has guided me through the layers of both physical and mental challenges I have faced. It has truly kept the light burning inside my heart during the darkest of times. Through completing a teacher training in 2018, I discovered how much I enjoyed sharing this gift of yoga, meditation, and passion for self-discovery with the world. With the foundation of Inner Sanctuary, I hope to expand my ability to share this love. Not only through supporting the teachers and offerings and the affiliated studios but also through the number of clients we can reach.
