Our Mission

After working in and around the wellness industry for over a decade, we felt it had become over-commercialized. Often focused on external results rather than intrinsic authenticity. Our vision is that of a shared community space that prioritizes healing, personal development, and human connection. Through this perspective, my sister and I embarked on a journey to develop something different. Not your typical studio, but a center for healing through modes of practice that are not centered on a specific location or modality. 

Inner Sanctuary came to fruition in June 2024, and currently supports a collective of teachers who offer personalized in-home, individual or group yoga and meditation classes.
